Brand Assets

The Brand Assets tab is used to manage reusable brand information for a workspace.

Use it to keep the materials that define how a brand should look and sound in future creative work.

How To Set Up A Brand

1. Open Brand Assets in Resource Library.
2. Click Create Brand.
3. Fill in the brand basics.
4. Add logos, colors, fonts, guidelines, and design assets.
5. Click Save.

You can also start from AI Import on the create page if you want Kamay to extract brand data from a website link first.

Manage The Brand List

On the brand list page, you can:

• use the search box to find a brand by name
• click a brand card to open its detail page
• click Create Brand or the create card to add a new brand
• open the more menu to set a brand as the default brand kit or delete it

If the list cannot load, click Retry.

Fill In Brand Details

When you open a brand, you can edit:

• Brand Name
• Brand Website
• Product Categories
• Brand Logos
• Brand Colors
• Brand Fonts
• Design Guidelines
• Design Assets

The detail page also lets you switch between brands from the top selector, go back to the library, and save changes with the top-right Save button.

Brand editing is saved manually. If you leave with unsaved changes, Kamay shows a confirmation dialog.

Upload Brand Assets

Supported uploads include:

• logos in PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP
• fonts from a font library or as TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2, or ZIP files
• design assets as images or videos

You can click uploaded logo or design asset cards to preview them.

Use The Default Brand Kit

You can set one brand as the default brand kit.

The default brand is marked in the list and in the brand detail header, so it is easier to recognize the brand you use most often.

You can toggle the default state from the brand list menu or from the brand detail header.

Delete A Brand

1. Open the brand card's more menu.
2. Click Delete Brand.
3. Wait for Kamay to check related products.
4. Confirm deletion if the brand is not linked to products.

If the brand is linked to products, deletion is blocked.
