Resource Library

Brand assets and product center overview

Kamay's Resource Library is where you prepare reusable brand and product records before you start creating content.

It is the place to keep the same brand identity, product facts, and reference material ready for later conversations.


How To Use It

  1. Open Resource Library from the app workspace.
  2. Switch between Brand Assets and Product Center.
  3. Create or update the records you want AI to keep referencing.
  4. Use those records again in conversation space or project work.

Note: Brand actions are limited to workspace owners and admins. Product actions follow the same workspace permissions used in the UI.


Brand Assets

Use Brand Assets when you want to set up a reusable brand kit.

You can:

  • create a new brand from the list
  • import brand information from a website link
  • add logos, colors, fonts, design guidelines, and design assets
  • mark one brand as the default brand kit
  • delete a brand after checking whether it is linked to products

Recommended workflow:

  1. Create a brand.
  2. Fill in the core brand information.
  3. Add brand assets and design rules.
  4. Save the brand and set a default brand kit if needed.

Product Center

Use Product Center when you want to keep product records in a structured way.

You can:

  • add products manually or import them from links
  • search, filter, and sort product records
  • open a product to edit basic info, variants, parameters, and asset groups
  • save product changes from the detail page
  • delete a product after checking whether it is already linked

Recommended workflow:

  1. Add a product.
  2. Open the product detail page.
  3. Fill in the product information and images.
  4. Save when the record is ready.

When To Use Project Space

Resource Library is for reusable records.

Project Space is for campaign or SKU work that needs a dedicated workspace, project history, and ongoing collaboration.

Use both together when you want brand and product records to stay consistent across multiple projects.
