Asset Management

Add, organize, and manage project assets

The resources panel in project space is used to manage files, folders, and documents for the current project.


Add Assets

Step 1: Click "+"

Click + in the top-right corner of the resources panel.

Step 2: Choose an Action

The menu includes:

  • Create Document
  • Upload File
  • Create Folder

Tip: If folder creation is not available in the current view, that option will not appear.

Step 3: Finish Creating or Uploading

  • Create Document: creates a Markdown document directly in the project
  • Upload File: choose local files to start uploading
  • Create Folder: enter a folder name and confirm

Note: Uploaded files keep their original names, and video files automatically generate thumbnails.


Organize Assets

Create a Folder

  1. Click +
  2. Select Create Folder
  3. Enter a folder name
  4. Confirm

Rename

  1. Open the more menu for a resource or folder
  2. Select Rename
  3. Enter the new name
  4. Press Enter or click elsewhere to save

Move Assets

  1. Open the more menu for a resource, or enter selection mode
  2. Choose Move to
  3. Select a destination folder, or move it back to the root

Drag and Drop

You can also drag a resource onto a folder to move it quickly.


View Assets

Switch Views

The resources panel supports two display modes:

  • List view
  • Grid view

Search and Filter

Use the top area to:

  • search resources and folders by name
  • filter resources by type

Available filters:

  • All
  • Images
  • Videos
  • TikTok Videos
  • Amazon Products
  • HTML
  • Documents
  • PDF
  • Links

Asset panel search and filter area

Open a Resource

Click a resource to open its preview in the right panel. Different resource types are shown differently, such as images and documents.

Open a Folder

Click a folder to expand or collapse its contents.

Tip: When searching, matching folders expand automatically so you can find resources faster.


Use Assets

Select a Single Resource

  1. Click a resource
  2. It will be highlighted
  3. The right panel shows its details or preview

Batch Select

  1. Click the multi-select button at the top
  2. Check multiple resources
  3. A batch action bar appears at the bottom

The batch action bar supports:

  • Move
  • Delete

Delete a Resource

  1. Open the more menu for a resource or folder
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm in the dialog

Batch Delete

  1. Enter multi-select mode
  2. Select the resources you want to delete
  3. Click delete in the batch action bar
  4. Confirm in the dialog

Warning: Deleted resources cannot be restored.

Batch Move

  1. Enter multi-select mode
  2. Select multiple resources
  3. Click move in the batch action bar
  4. Choose a target folder

Is there a storage limit?

Yes. Project storage depends on your subscription plan and can be checked in account settings.

Can deleted assets be restored?

No. Deleted resources cannot be restored, so make sure before deleting.

Yes. Use the search box at the top of the resources panel to search by name.
