Subscription and Credits
Review plan status, manage plans, and buy credits
This page is for workspace owners who need to manage billing and credits.
What You Can See
The page shows:
- Current plan name
- Remaining credits
- When recurring credits refresh
- Credit usage records
If you are not the owner, the page is read-only.
Manage the Plan
Owners can open the plan dialog to:
- Compare available plans
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing
- Upgrade or downgrade the workspace plan
- Open the customer portal when needed
Note: Changing from one paid plan to another may show a confirmation step first.
If you downgrade to Free:
- Recurring plans usually stay active until the current period ends
- One-time plans end at their current period end
Buy Credits
Paid workspaces can open the credit top-up dialog.
You can choose how many credit packs to buy before checkout.
Credit Usage Records
The Credit usage records section shows detailed credit activity for the current workspace.
It is split into four tabs:

| Conversations | Credit usage from conversations, image generation, and video generation |
| MCP-HTTP Calls | Credit usage from API Key / MCP-HTTP requests |
| Import Usage | Credit usage from brand or product import jobs |
| Credit Adjustments | Credit changes such as grants, package resets, subscription renewals, referral rewards, purchases, adjustments, and expirations |
View Conversation Usage
In the Conversations tab, you can review credit usage per conversation.
The table shows:
- Conversation ID - the unique conversation ID, with copy on hover
- Title - the conversation title
- Message Count - how many messages were counted for billing
- Credits - total credits charged for that conversation
- User - the creator, visible only to owners and admins
- Billing Type - such as message, image generation, or video generation
- Updated At - when the record was last updated
You can use the toolbar to:
- Search by conversation ID, title, or creator.
- Filter by date range, or quickly pick the last 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months.
- Filter by subject type with All Types.
- Sort by message count, credits, or updated time.
Tip: Click the Credits number to open a billing detail sheet for that conversation.
When you apply search, date, or type filters, the summary bar shows the filtered totals for messages, credits, and conversations.
View MCP-HTTP Usage
In the MCP-HTTP Calls tab, you can review credit usage caused by external API calls.
The table shows:
- Call ID - the unique call record, with copy support
- API Key Name - the key used for the call
- Credits - credits charged for the call
- User - the caller, visible only to owners and admins
- Created At
You can:
- Filter by date range.
- Filter by API key.
- Sort by credits or created time.
If filters are active, the summary bar shows total calls and total credits for the current result set.
View Import Usage
In the Import Usage tab, you can review credit usage from brand or product imports.
The table shows:
- Task ID - the import task ID, with copy support
- Import Type - brand import or product import
- Import URL - the source URL, opened in a new tab
- Credits - credits charged for the import
- User - the operator, visible only to owners and admins
- Created At
You can:
- Filter by date range.
- Filter by import type.
- Sort by credits or created time.
View Credit Adjustments
In the Credit Adjustments tab, you can see why credits were added or removed.
Common adjustment types include:
- Free workspace grant
- Package reset
- Subscription renewal
- Subscription switch compensation
- Referral signup reward
- Referral first paid plan reward
- Credit package purchase
- Admin adjustment
- Credit expiration
The table shows:
- Type - where the credit change came from
- Amount - the number of credits added or removed
- Detail - related plan, billing cycle, compensation source, or expiration reason
- Created At
You can filter by type, and sort by amount or created time.
Note: When you switch workspaces, the filters in Credit usage records reset automatically so stale filters do not carry over.
Common Issues
If plan actions are unavailable, check whether you are the workspace owner.
If the page looks empty, make sure a workspace is selected first.
